Rita Powell, a proud native of Louisville, has a rich and diverse professional background. With two decades of experience in the medical field and a real estate license held since 1978, Rita’s career journey is as fascinating as it is impressive. Following her retirement from the medical industry, Rita initially dabbled in real estate as a part-time agent. However, her passion for selling properties grew, and she soon transitioned into a full-time role.

During her real estate career, Rita achieved remarkable success, closing numerous home deals. Her talents were further recognized when she was chosen to serve as an agent for a thriving 72-unit patio home community. Her primary responsibilities involved acting as a selling agent and facilitating the buying and selling of homes for her clients. Subsequently, after the successful completion of this community project, Rita seamlessly transitioned into another patio home community, assuming similar responsibilities with grace and expertise.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Rita is an active member of the vibrant “Pickleball” community and enjoys quality time playing board games with her family. Her commitment to her faith is evident through her active involvement in her church and consistent attendance at a weekly Bible study. When it comes to her culinary preferences, Rita’s heart belongs to Italian cuisine.

Rita’s personal life is just as fulfilling as her professional one. She shares her life with her beloved husband, Charlie, and is a proud mother to three married daughters. Their growing family includes eight cherished grandchildren.
